Extensive accessories Three different TK04 hardware and software packages are available (complete measuring kit, half-space kit or full-space kit), each including a complete equipment for getting started with thermal conductivity tests. The instrument can be operated using any computer or notebook with one free serial port (COM port) and running under MS Windows (9x, Me, 2000 oder XP 32 bit).

Technical support The warranty period is 2 years for the instrument and 6 months for the probes (excluding defects resulting from improper handling). During this time hardware defects are repaired free of charge. Prices include an unlimited support period for setup and software problems.
